Chávez To Seize Two Companies

Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez said he will sign decrees within days seizing two more companies, El Universal reported.

The companies are sugar processor Central Azucarero Cumanacoa and metal pipe maker Sideroca, the newspaper said, citing Chávez.
The companies were recently declared “state property” by the National Assembly due to alleged outstanding debts to workers, the newspaper said.
